Huge thanks to all the companies for the support on this build on the last couple of years (Mika metals, Mxbonz, Boyesen, Cycra, Moto Tape, Hinson Racing, GUTS, Racetech, Ride Eng, Scar Racing, Phil Denton Eng, Doc Wob).

I live in the Dominican Republic, so it's been a long journey for this project.

This started as a covid project back in 2020 the bike was as rough as it gets, dents on the frame, engine damage, frozen bearings... We got new bearings on the engine and chasis, new oem cylinder, new oem 2002 crank (I'll get a 07 crank that it's much better in the next couple of months),powder coated engine cases and cylinder, new oem spokes on the rear, 260mm front disc and basically that is  V1.0 of the bike, V1.1 of the bike I replaced the front forks bc the original ones were really damaged on the inside and the upper tubes were corroded, I replaced it with 2006 Rmz-450 forks(only used the upper tubes and the internals, lower tubes are the original cr tubes) I was fortunate enough to get the 06 front forks with the PC national spring tubes installed already so It was a good buy from eBay, this version of the bike also includes an ARC RC-8 clutch perch and melmon levers, MXBonz airbox repair,2007 air boot and carburator manifold (more air voulme), Ti banjo bolts, Devol performace dog bone, Re-sealed and cleaned servo motor, Hinson and boyesen covers w a boyesen exhaust flange and a PC works pipe. V1.2 of the bike would be  Cerakoted Rear Shock body, Racetech springs, Boyesen Rad valve, PC TI-2 silencer, Ti rotor and sprocket bolts, new oem coil and a lectron pro series carb(it works awesome for this bike) So that's the actual version of the bike as of writing this and the bike has 60 crank and cylinder hours since the rebuild in 2021 and 30 hours on a new wiseco piston, for version V1.3 I have planned the following:

New 2023 oem Crf450r front brake master cylinder and front caliper (Purchased

New oem Rear brake master cylinder (Purchased)

Galfer rear line (Purchased)

Core front line

GUTS full seat w phantom seat foam (Purchased)
