Hey thanks for everyone chiming in. This information and parts are just generally hard to come by. Warning though! There's a scam artist by the name Lucasee saying he knows a guy hubbskeith2@gmail.com but apparently he's been on another site scamming members so watch out.

The first two are for sure scams. The third one does have a posting history, but IMO it looks off. Ignore them.

The biggest thing you’d need is bikes to rent out. That could draw in customers. There’s other place in so cal that do this so look up what they charge and try to be competitive.

Hey guys I’ve posted here a few times about Moto enthusiasts coming out to our property in Pala, California , staying , riding , etc . My actual business is at a steady/boring place and not quite as busy as it has been the past couple years , so I have some extra time to start throwing these ideas out there again . I have ten acres here in Pala where I live , with a 2022 StarCraft camping trailer that we allow friends/family/ moto guests to stay in when in town . I’d like to open it up again...
