I ran the 4 stroke triple clamps on one of my old yz 250s, just had a machinist buddy bore the top clamp 2mm and switched the stems. Depending on what year you use the offset is different.
These were only ridden with a couple times. They are like brand new. One of the front wheel spacers was missing so I bought an aftermarket set to give with the wheels. Complete with rotors and sprocket. They should fit all years 2008-2019. $450 shipped.

I have a set im thinking about selling. shoot me text 814 952 0148 when you get a minute.
Im very happy with mine. It seemed like they took a little longer to break in but they are just as good if not better than some of the more expensive boots ive had. I would buy again.
They would of already had my money for high point if I could race my 150, I don't care if they score me I just wanna race.
i have a 2017 with an fmf pipe and vforce reeds. I jump back and forth between a 178 and 180 main depending on the temp, I run 40:1 I would bump the main to a 180 and see how it runs.
Why would it go from working good to way too fast in one ride then? The shock spring has been on there since it was new. I preferred 102 over 105.
sag is at 102mm, there is about 25mm of free sag. it worked fine until the last ride then I noticed it getting faster as the day went on. I kept slowing it down and now it is all the in. My suspension guy is going to look at it next week.
i have a 2019 ktm 150sx that has about 7 hours on it now, the 2 last rides the shock rebound has gotten a lot faster. I did put a spring on it that is one rate stiffer but I have the rebound adjuster in the whole way now and its still almost too fast. ... more »

I loved my 04 rm 125, had it built into a 144 and got the suspension setup for me. I sold it last year to buy a new ktm 150. The ktm is better but not much. I actually prefer the riding position and handling of the rm. The clutch and transmission are ... more »
I have a set on my yz250, good stuff.
The crank went on my 2014 RMZ450 around 50 hours, seemed to run fine but had a chatter. Tear it down and check everything out. No way I would keep riding it.
Just an fyi but if you are gonna replace, the 02 head is a little higher compression and bolts right on.
