Theres a guy on youtube who does oil tests. Project Farm I believe. He tested amsoil, mobil 1, etc and they all turned black just in a coffee pot during a heat test. The detergents changing color doesn't have anything to do with engine wear. Theres another ... more »

Make sure your gaskets are good on the carb. I had a torn bowl gasket on my cr125 and it poured gas. Also make sure the float isn't stuck. If you haven't solved the issue already.

Right side crank seal has already been changed. Float level is my next check.
The stock main jet is a 430 (which is insanely rich), 55 pilot, and the third clip position. Do you think I should try going leaner on the main and pilot as well? Maybe a 400 or a 390 for the main? And maybe a 32.5 on the pilot? The JD kit seems to show ... more »
