I had both calipers cerakoted burnt bronze and the hangers black. The sight glass on both master cylinders were deleted then cerakoted burnt bronze. I actually found both power valve covers on eBay already coated the same color.

Red and no rubber inserts if you zoom in on the top clamp you can see how there are notches for the bar mounts to sit in. These Bar mounts have a lot of adjustability.

Offset is 23 I will have to measure the holes if you need exact measurements tomorrow. I know they are for stock rm125 forks as I ran 47mm Showas.

I had some issues fitting it to the 04 so I had a spacer made I will sell with the clamps. They bolt right up to an 05 and up and you can use the same spacer if you want but bud says it’s not needed for any of the models listed as the stem mushrooms

How are most of you deglazing your cylinders? Are you using a 320 grit flex hone on a drill? Are you doing it by hand? Is it risky to use a drill?
