it’s brand new never been bolted on a bike. I’m assuming it will end up being an a piston but figured I should check anyway. I guess I will be purchasing a bore gauge can’t hurt to have for future measuring as well. Thanks for the help

I have a brand new 05 rm125 cylinder. Manual says to measure perpendicular to crank 17mm down. I don’t have a bore gauge so I’m using a telescopic gauge and measuring it with micrometer. I have measured it about 10 times and get 53.96 almost every time. ... more »

Does it need cut off and a new piece made and welded on? Can I fill it with weld and grind it smooth? Would using a brazing rod instead of weld be a bad idea? Is it fine as is? It’s not wore through yet. How would you guys fix it?

Just measured the lower shock t bolt it is m10x44. I have never been able to find the t bolts is stainless but mettec sells them in ti. If you look under cr125 on mettecs website you can get the right size t bolts I don’t know why they don’t list them ... more »

So on my 04 rm125 the upper subframe is m8x100, upper shock is m10x65, the two lower subframe bolts are m8x25, one of the linkage bolts is m12x83, the other linkage bolt is m12x100, the longer t bolt on the linkage is m12x112 I will get the lower shock ... more »
