Just finished the race and man I could not believe how great hill was going The crash was totally on him I mean he slowed up in a bowl turn like that all you can do is fall over at that point.

This sounds horrible just in terms of how long it would take to go on these rides. This is one of my biggest issues with bike riding is when you go on a longer ride it can turn into a tortue session when you just want to get home.
