I bought a JGR link for my 2020 RMZ250 chassis but the link to too small for my frame. I’m not sure if it was supposed to come with thicker spacers or it’s the wrong model.

The spline drive are definitely tougher to round off. The same way a T25 Torx wood screw is stronger than a square drive screw.

Excel spoke set with spline drive nipples is my go to for OEM hubs.

55.80mm top, 59.70mm bottom. That’s open with no pinch bolts. I sent the uppers off for anodizing so I don’t have a good measurement on those.

The only option I know of is to visit your local Airgas or welding supply shop and buy a tank/regulator setup.

I did that to my old KX80 to ride on a frozen pond when I was a kid. The screws that came out made my airbox, mudflap, and fender look like a honey badger went at it.
