Spinergy PBO spoked wheels. Spokes are made from PBO fiber rather than steel. Much stronger and lighter. We originally made a few sets for Travis Pastrana for the X games. Might be interested in making a production version. Whats everyone think?

What would you be willing to make them for? If they are the only viable option for a lighter, stronger wheel set, you won't have a problem selling all of the sets you make. We have 4K into a set of BST wheels for one of our road bikes but I think that might be a bit to high a price for an MX bike. Dubya has full wheel sets for 2K, I would think yours would be a bit higher than that. So, 2.5K to 3K for a set of wheels in various sizes?
What is the savings in weight between yours and a typical set of wheels?

what would you be willing to pay? they are quite a bit more expensive to produce than a traditional steel spoked wheel. The fiber spokes are labor intensive and the connectors are titanium. We have to machine our own hubs due to the unique connection points.

Oh man, I was hoping to be able to buy just the fibers and use my Kite hubs. Doesn’t sound like that is an option though.
