Hah. Chris is one of the worst “businessmen” I have ever dealt with. He has no problem taking the deposit/ full payment yet takes his sweet ass time making your graphics and an even harder time getting them in the mail. VERY hard to reach and always has a convenient excuse as to why he hasnt responded to you in weeks. 
 

Took him 3 times to get the proof correct, then when I finally get the graphics its for a different year, make and model. Finally got the correct graphics for my bike yet the airbox cover is peeling and the bolt holes on the number plates werent even close to lining up. Cant believe he has repeat customers

I hear ya man. I normally dont like to talk down on small businesses especially on forums, but Chris is VERY hard to get a hold of. I will say eventually you will hear back and eventually you will get the graphics but he is simply not worth the headache. There are many other companies who will make one off graphics for you. 
 

Its ashame for chris cause I got a yz 250 build coming up I need some vintage graphics for but Im 100% going elsewhere

While I'm not happy with how your kit turned out, you are incorrect in your recollection of the order in which things happened. Luckily, I keep pretty detailed notes thanks to the keyboard douchebags like you I encounter daily via the side business detracting me from customers who can read and comprehend and make the little time I invest in my side business more enjoyable. Here's a quick summary for you:

• 12/1/23: Customer reached out to me through Tyler W
• 12/2/23: Customer paid in pull
• 12/5/23: Proofs shared with customer for approval
• 12/10: Revised proofs shared and approved w/ one final edit (background color)
• 1/16/24: Shipped 2nd day air 1ZG258F20203091150
• 1/22/24: Customer reached out about issues with kit fitment; return label delivered to customer via email
• 2/6/24: Replacement kit shipped with return label: 1ZG258F20323378150

Disclaimer on all invoices for a reminder: Please allow 4-6 weeks for production from time of proof approval. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products are suitable for intended application. Estimate includes two (2) rounds of proof revisions; additional rounds will be charged $10 per round. All sales are final. Goods remain property of Moto Envy, LLC and Dare Decals USA, LLC respectively until paid in full.

So not only did you approve the wrong fucking plastic shape in round 1...but then I took them back against my own policy because I felt bad and then still delivered your second kit within 45 working days with the Christmas and New Years holidays removed. Then you fucking send me a note about the air box decals peeling? Not interested in your business MF'er.

Chris, you were absolutely terrible with communication and I literally sent the message body as 2002 YZ 125 graphics and mentioned it several times in the email. You also lied about getting it in the mail too and I had to message you over 5 times. 
 

I said take the exact same graphics as tyler ws kit and make them for my bike. I saved all my emails too bud. The holes on the number plates didnt even come close to lining up and the airbox graphics are peeling off already. Terrible customer service and not much better quality work

I contacted you directly and like usual, you ignored it and just carried on, so dont give me that keyboard warrior nonsense. I had issues with the number plates and a brand new graphic peeling off. And since you admittedly have such little time for your side business anyways, Id suggest you get rid of it all together. Communication and comprehension is obviously not a strong suit of yours. I see why you dont have a place to leave reviews about your business

There it is clear as day in YOUR invoice you sent on Dec 1.  2002 YZ 125.  Why you were sending me proofs for a 2000 YZ 250, I dont understand.  So don't try to lie and say I approved proofs for the wrong plastics when on December 1st, YOU, not me wrote the correct model bike and even had the backgrounds and numbers the correct color, than in the proof you sent me, it was white numbers on a black background.  You seem to think I didnt save any of my records either but it completely contradicts what you just said.  Dont get upset because I am giving an honest review of your business.  Someone else was experiencing the exact same communication difficulties as I was and I'm taking what I learned from this experience and sharing it.  But seriously dude, dont lie about me approving the plastics for the wrong bike, you wrote it on your invoice before you started the proofs.  Im not the one who made the graphics for the wrong plastics. I clearly gave you all the correct info

You are literally on Vital whining about an order I printed and fixed in 45 total working days…here’s your platform for reviews for Christ sake. And if you have the emails and approvals, post them. You reviewed the files, approved them with two rounds of simple edits and then got revised stickers after complaining. AND YOU ARE STILL FUCKING COMPLAINING. 

So I agree…in your case, my business is closed. I no longer have time for you. For anyone else, I’m open for business. Thanks and have a nice day!

Wont let me post the picture for whatever reason but here you go.  Bam 12/1/23, clearly says 2002 YZ 125 graphics in your little invoice.  How and why you cut them out  for a YZ 250 is beyond me. Thats the lack of comprehension Ive been talking about.  I have every right to complain about your poor communication and quality of the graphics.  I love how you get butthurt because a paying customer was not happy with the service and quality of the product they paid for

Son of a b*†¢h…and you got a discount. What a pain in the ass the whole damn thing way. We only use Substance vinyls and laminates and tun them on state of the art printers and plotters. I’m sure they were fine, but I’ll let those vendors know about the concerns around the quality of the vinyl adhesive.

I’m not butthurt you are complaining. I’m annoyed you are complaining after it was rectified within a reasonable timeframe. I don’t need additional headache, so please move forward with n-style, Melo, ANYONE but me for your vintage YZ builds.
