That darn Mini Elsinore is just unreal! Has to be one of the prettiest bikes I ever seen. I had never heard of them before! Don't think any made their way over here and if they did I never saw one. Presume only the 'special kids' got those, like Wardy! ... more »

Yes this thread makes me feel aged 9 again! Funny how the comparison has come up with the 1976 YZ80C being the slayer of the XR pretty much but not so much has been said of the 77 RM80B which may have been the slayer of the YZ80C and also the XR! Those ... more »

I guess in theory you would think a 450 may suit him more than a 250 just because of his size and he may have swamped the 250 abit but as said it may not always work that way. Erik Geboers was a beast on a 500(as well as all bike sizes!) and also Carioli

Man - you look really fast and big and strong! Think I would move over pretty quick if I saw you coming on that thing also! Some riders (and bikes) were just plain scary and not to be messed

Yes, I had a 1975 YZ80B, think it was only 75cc though and not as good as the 76 YZ80C was. It was still a good bike though and would smoke some of the XR's on it. Also would get smoked by some also, especially by the quick boys. Also the '77 RM80B was

Thats hard- injury was damn well brutal enough anyway to cope and deal with. Really hope things work out oneway or another financially somehow and most of all a full physical recovery can be achieved.
