well...it was the upper nut not tight enough. supposed to be 108NM and was less than 50. i tried many things for so long but this nut wasnt in my mind.

Thanks for the reply The bike has an FMF on it fight now and another PC waiting on the shelf The thing is that the bike feels little more crisp with the oem pipe So if i can have another oem pipe for few simple steps I guess it worth it

Is it ok it is moving free? I just removed 3 shims so now i have 9 in total and it seems they move free

Thanks for the reply mate but i think you’re wrong with the honing stuff It worth checking but As much as i know 2 smokers shouldn’t be honed no matter what, especially those with nikasil plating
