Hearing/reading very good stuff about the 21 AERs. A few guys that test them back to back are seriously impressed at how the fork has been improved. Shootout time is usually where they get bashed … we'll see shortly.

2018 cover will not work/fit on a 2020 KTM unless its from a FE 2018.5.

I figured out by referring to the manual that one 10A fuse is active on the red side of the relay. the other on the black side is a spare. Both fuses looked fine but one was not continuous so dead . Despite finding this and confirming 10a fuse is good, ... more »

It’s a FC250 so the earth strap runs to the coil instead of the subframe like the KTM. Cleaned and confirmed negative battery terminal connection and coil mounted earth.

I didn't have any measurable DC volts/power at the kill switch, but I was able to start the bike by jumping the relay. The power was being blocked by the relay. So I pulled out the relay and did the 12V test and am getting no click. So I'm ordering a

Thanks to all that replied. Bike has 170hrs and I don't have any reason to doubt it. It was owned by a Mexican guy in country California who ran it up and down the flat farm roads. There are no trails in his area, and he had no way to bring the bike ... more »
