Sunshine Motocross "Sunday"

Sunday 20th at Sunshine, WOW! What a day, I get so excited to see my brother (Robert Westerman) race. Brought back so many great memories. He is an awesome person and still an awesome rider. Robert had not been on a bike in over a year and especially a Vintage Bike that’s been over 25 yrs ago! At times he looked as if he was pushing the bike. Which I think needed to be faster just to keep up with the man. Have a question for anyone out there. Am I the only one that remembers him being called "westcat"? Everyone on Sunday seemed very nice, just out to have fun. Robert Westerman, is someone to remember that's for sure. Back in the day I didn't think there was anyone faster or rides with better style. He still to this day proves that to me. Should have seen him a year ago on his Honda 450, the man was on fire. I want to thank you all for my brother’s recognition. Mark Edwards especially! Thank you for making Sunday happen for us all. I know he enjoyed going back in time. Look forward to seeing you all again soon.
