Awesome bike, i want to build a 95 Replica, too.

Where did you get the '95 seat? Its like a unicorn, cant find it anywhere. :/

you did a great job, congratulations.
you have mounted a top plate with increased handlebar attachments, it is not standard, which plate did you use?

Not sure on the spring. It was that way when I bought the bike originally. The forks are stock but have had some revalving done to them. Forgot originally owner of the bike owners a Company called moto rods.

Those are both awesome bikes, really nice job on both! But, I'm surprised you don't reverse the seats between the two. Was there a reason you have them the way you do? Looks like the stock '97 CR125 seat on the 250, but either way they look awesome!

Yes the 250 has the stock 97 125 seat, because that is the correct seat for the 96 race team. The 125 seat is the 95 race team seat juts like the graphics.

Yeah the stock 97 125 seat is in the 250.  The stock seat is the correct seat that the race team used.  It’s in perfect condition!

That’s not a 97. 97 is when they went to aluminum frames. That’s a 94-96. That’s a 96 McGrath replica. Looks awesome. Good job

Yes it is a 97. They only made the 250 in the aluminum frame that year. 125 was steel frame. Do your homework bro!

Shit I didn’t even notice the 125 part. I see that bike and McGrath and I automatically think 250. Never seen a 125 McGrath replica since there all 250’s since that’s what he rode when his bike looked like this. Sorry man. Trust me I know all about 92-96. I have a 92 250 and have been thinking of doing a McGrath replica. Want to get a 93 frame. 92-96 are essentially the same other then minor tweaks to the frame and a few plastic changes.
