This is the truth. Saw a cherry 2021 Factory Edition on CL this morning being sold because the owner is "switching back to 2 strokes" and I immediately thought of this bike. I've also been contemplating between this or an EV bike next summer.
I bought this Ranger back in January. I love it. It’s the perfect size for living in the city, hauling around my moto stuff and doing light off-road. Also does a 16 flat in the 1/4 mile at elevation which ain’t bad for a little truck.
If you don't get any takers, I'd be a local buyer on PHDS. **I see now they only work with the clamps. Nevermind.
I grew up riding at Lincoln Trail, but it's been 16 years since I was there last. I always said that they could make a killer track on the East side of the facility and it looks like they finally have. I'm dying to take a moto trip back to the Midwest ... more »
Just want to say there's a very similar rig on CL here in denver. 5x8 trailer set up. I don't have 9k but this looks like a nearly fully equipped setup like this.
I took a writing class in college taught by a European woman who said that linguists found that a child would make every sound used in every language before they spoke their first word, and told a story about her niece who lived in France to a family ... more »
I think the animosity now stems from righteousness. It's that a differing opinion isn't what bothers people, it's that if a differing opinion is "right" then they're wrong. Couple that with having any information you want at the end of your fingertips, ... more »
Hear me out. Seat Belts.
This is a dumb take. Russians haven't attacked US soil and we're not rounding them up and putting them in camps, and it's also not the US government deciding these athletes are not allowed to compete.
No it's very likely that it will continue. There have been multiple articles recently how manufacturers are making more money while selling less cars. Even once chips catch up and they can churn out cars, it's just as unlikely that dealers will continue ... more »
I just wonder if any of yalls nuanced viewpoints have room in them for the medical treatment of people born intersex? It's a small portion of society, but not everyone is born binary male/female.
I work in the car industry. I kinda agree that the prices won't hold, but I'll also tell you that everyone in the car industry is enjoying making more money right now and will do everything in their power to keep prices up.
I don't think there's any mention of it being religious? "Russia and its symbols" to me would sound like the pledge of allegiance.
I feel like every time I look at this bike I lose ten minutes of my life.
I don't care about the Top Fuel comparison. Drag Racing is boring as hell, and the only redeeming quality is the spectacle and noise. I can enjoy watching SX at a bar with no sound. Drag racing, I cannot. The only time I may miss it is right before a ... more »
This is pretty much the answer. I'm no historian but from what I understand in the 60's and 70's when there were a lot more smaller manufacturers there was a lot more experimentation with geometry. Then Maico nailed it in the late 70's/early 80's, and ... more »
Man, all I know is that after a hard day of riding my dirt bike the only thing that crosses my mind was, goddamn that sounded fucking great. When I was a kid I refused to watch TerraFirma or Crusty Demons, who the fuck can watch anyone ride a dirt bike ... more »
I'm literally laughing at how hypocritical this is. "Dave doesn't know anything like I know anything because I was in the military." Followed nearly immediately by, "Dave's schtick is that he knows more than everyone else."
I enjoyed the race. My only opinion is that the Mercedes car is ugly.

"No point mentioning those bats, I thought. The poor bastard will see them soon enough."
