The impeller guy isn't interested in producing anything for me. Cool. I get it, who wants to make parts for a bike that there are probably less than 10 of being raced on the planet. Most of which are in 89 frames, which is a different impeller housing
What did you get the Rockwell C hardness to on the bearing orifices of those cases?
Surprised to hear that as I believe you're the critic type, as I am too. I can find a problem with everything short of a wet dream if I have to. Talked to the pipe guy Rich Daly. I didn't realize he patented software to develop the optimum profile for
How did you cube it up and distribute it in the tank
Did you change deck height of the cylinder or remove any material from the cases? That's all it takes.
Not you man, the forum hahaha
I'll have to search for him. So much stuff on this build from the UK.. glad guys over there are still willing to tinker. Allen Millyard is a huge inspiration to me. After seeing what he uses to build an inline 6 out of two KZ1000 motors, I'll never allow ... more »
The countershaft sprocket and swingarm pivot form two fixed points, so there's really only pace the motor can sit, with about a +/- 5° variance, plus the engine must sit "level" for the transmission to be oiled correctly. Anything short of relocating ... more »
Why ruin a good YZ250 twostroke by using that low cradle chassis. Put a 450 in it and build a F450 road racer, then register it for road use. Put the 900 triple in it, and a 3ft swingarm and climb Widowmaker Or, bolt everything BUT the chassis, subframe, ... more »
I'll have to sit and think, then. Thinking about extending the lower left rad tank, not sure where I would position the outlet to avoid cavitation or flow issues...bottom of the extension, or leave it where it's at. I've got probably 5" above the pipe's ... more »

A 125 length silencer with an outlaw tip for an open class twostroke, what in the hell could go wrong
Front brake line, man. You've got it mounted Baltimore style.
I believe if I let the tank dry, removed the petcock and cap, I could blow all the old shit right out from the petcock, out thru the cap. It's not mega expensive in the realm of things. I think that's $40 worth sitting there. I know it quiets down alloy ... more »
Build a bike entirely from scratch with a frame purchased via text message and just go from there, bolt by bolt, fabricating much of it as I go. Every moving part coated, kit Ohlins both ends, Ohlins 360 motor. I wouldn't wish this upon anybody. Just
"Progressive" can just stay away. This is a lobbyist firm disguised as an insurance company, that'll be pushing an agenda faster than you can say "Transgender Truck Driver". We get enough of that with the Feldminists, RIP Ms. Supercross. The lynch pin ... more »
I'll probably debut the "Stop Glorifying Rats" bar pad soon.
Conducting an experiment. This foam you see is used in attack helicopter fuel tanks to stabilize the fuselage when the fuel shifts. It prevents the weight transfer effect, and also absorbs harmonic vibrations. Naturally I had to apply that to my bike.
