I thought the question was if you should keep the YZ125 or Cr125? But if choise is 125x2 or 125+250, i would go for the YZ brothers (and look for a 490 later)

What was the problem that caused engine blowing up? Detonation and crank out of balance?

I have no plans of selling, but if i find more sets i will let you know. I have extra facemasks, large and ugly as hell (snowmobile/Winter enduro?) but no goggles

Maby you can take material off in a lathe so the pivotshaft is smoothe, and make a new bushing
Do you have pic of rebound clicker? That is an easy way to se if its Ohlins or Showa

Why not put in a new ironsleeve? I have read that some tuners nicasil the ironsleeve, but i think that is for getting a small power gain and with a 490 power should not be a problem
