Honda just used decals, over bare alloy. They never anodised the decals/logos in. To restore have them vapour blasted, then use scotch bright pads to get the original "brushed" finish. then apply the decal.

Honda patented/protected the design, and the 2 names they used, "Pro-Link" (from 81) and "Delta Link" (from 88). The other brands had to design there own systems that did exactly the same thing but didn't look or work in the same way as the Honda design. ... more »

Yes, the 82 linkage retains the stock geometry. There isn't enough room to make any changes like there is on the 83 frame. 84 is also stock geometry. I designed them to use all the stock bolts. On the 83 there are some minor frame mods required to give ... more »
