Nearly every nut and bolt is new. Every single bearing, seal, gasket, etc is new. Not a single detail was looked over... it even has new pipe springs, pipe gaskets, chain rollers, chain guide block & rub plate, new rim locks, tubes, and rim straps. Virtually a brand new bike, but better than new.
