I broke my arm two weeks ago racing at a Tomahawk MX in WV. First bad break, ever. I’ve now been to the ER and then to my surgeon twice and he still seems very up in the air on how to treat. I don’t want to jump the gun, but if surgery is required I

This is a moto site. Good luck getting people to discuss abstract thoughts without being paralyzed/ detoured by their personal bias (either way it swings) lol. That said, I think you’re right. He won’t be remembered AS WELL as if he got all the titles, ... more »
Funny, considering COVID has proven to be airborne, not just respiratory. Nobody wants to talk about that, though. Which means the partials are smaller than 7 micron, which your mask does NOTHING for, and can travel way further than 6’ (think douchy ... more »
Anyone who is wondering, here is my results. Broken arm 9/26. Surgery, 10/19. Benched 255 on 1/16, and will be riding next weekend. I easily could have been riding 8 weeks after surgery but I’ve been finishing my basement. I am 99% healed other than

He has done some but didn’t say he has done a ton. More wrist and elbow stuff. He said people that break the humerus normally get it plated in the ER Trauma center after a car wreck or something, because it’s not a super common injury in a “normal” stick ... more »
I had a great visit with the surgeon at VCU. He said that, based on the gap in my bones, 70-80% chance it will heal fine how it is without a single complication. His recommendation for a non athlete would be to wait 6-7 more weeks to see how it’s healing ... more »
