Fairly slim pickings down here in SoCal as well. Low inventory and outrageous prices sure make me glad that I bought my 19' 150SX when I did. She's a keeper!

My childhood Thor gear bag from 1997 is still holding strong!
Great find! Looks practically brand new.
Yeah, our dog children definitely live the high life.

I had every intention of running my TC250 more this season and keeping the 150SX as a backup bike on race day. Thought that I would not only be more competitive on the 250 but also have more fun as well. Haven't been able to keep off the 150 ever since.

Bought my wife a 2015 Prius back when she was wrapping up medical school and doing a lot of driving with rotations, etc. I think I paid 23k new and we actually just passed the 100k mark over the weekend. I do most of the maintenance myself but the car

Both my wife and I do a fair amount of hiking and scuba diving. We recently completed all 211 miles of the John Muir Trail last and take one or two vacations dedicated to diving.

First real dirtbike was a 1998 YZ125. I loved getting home from school and riding the wheels off that thing. Never really bothered with any of the fancy riding apparel at the time.
Jumped on a YZ250 in the early 2000's. Always seemed ...

Hi All, Hope everyone is having a very Merry Christmas! Just wanted to report back that I ended up opting for a 2016 TC 250. As much as I wanted to go for the YZ250, I really fell in love with the TC's smooth and predictable powerband and remain impressed

Definitely Unadilla in 1998 when Robbie Reynard flat out beat Ricky Carmichael in the 125 class. He was WFO the entire corner right before Gravity Cavity and was incredibly smooth during the entire moto. Ricky had nothing for him that day. It was also ... more »
Andrew right? I only know because I think I wiped out in front of you at one of the Cal City SuperVet races. I also thoroughly enjoyed watching you race at the last season finale at Perris. You were hucking over those jumps like a pro! Don't get me wrong,

Both the new YZ125 & YZ250 look exceptional. I'm not in a rush and holding out for the new models isn't out of the question. So many great options these days!
Man, those TC's truly are beautiful bikes! My absolutely love the look of the KTM/Husky and everything about them. I have read that the newer TC's have a much broader powerband and I am curious how broad that might compare to the YZ. I don't remember

Thanks James. I'm impressed with how many folks here still prefer them. They really are the swiss army knife of moto!
Hi All, I haven't posted much here so please feel free to relocate if needed. After nearly a 20-year hiatus, I just wrapped up my first full race season (mostly with OTHG here in SoCal). I grew up racing a YZ125/250 and currently have a 19' KTM 150SX. ... more »
