Crf250r I'm one of the lucky few that caught it before it exploded. The crank shaft side to side play ridiculously exsesive! Will new bearings fix the play or is the crank thrust washers worn?

Actually if you think about it all I'm doing is replacing the aluminum that was shaved off the bottom of my cylinder by PO. So if anything I am correcting a "Jerry rig" back to a stock setup...
Yes your right they were off road I believe. They have an RMX250 carb mounted on it as well.
No that was suggested and ruled out long ago. it's actually because the cylinder base has been milled/shaved/serviced. The rod and piston are correct. I just didn't realize the squish band was considerably thinner than a stock cylinder but someone pointed ... more »
May I suggest using a dremel or rotor cutting tool like for drywall but with a metal bit if anyone try this themselves because it sucked @$$ using a jigsaw. But it's done and will serve its purpose
It's aluminum sheet about the thickness I need. But it's an aluminum baking sheet.... To hard you think? Or is it's ability to endure intense heat a plus in my alication

1994 rm250 says suzuki vin decode. The rod is right the piston is right.......

Hot rods ck105 it fits my bike. My piston is right. Could this bike be a rmx.... But even if it is..... isnt 94 rmx 100% innerchangeable with 94 rm250??
