The fox size 12 are a 46.5, The sidi size 11.5 are a 46. If you have a wide foot, the size 11.5 sidi may be a little tight for you. However, the TA like Tuna mentioned in size 46 may be a good fit.

I have both of these. While they are size 10, I have some new size 9 booties that I can swap out to make them a size 9. The size 9 and size 10 tech 10s are the same mold, just different size booties.
