Additional Info Throughout my time racing, I always had pretty stock bikes. Any parts were strictly to fix something broken & every now and again a performance part. Just getting aftermarket graphics or colored grips was bad ass. My parents supported me massively, but I think I would’ve gotten back-handed if I asked for some colored plastic after Diesel Dave (my dad) trucked 14 hours after working all day to get us to a track with more competition. I made my first AX mains on a stock bike with just revalved suspension and a set of bars. It was a simple program, ride a shit ton and spend money on gas, tires, and entry fees. The bike wasn’t holding me back, only my talent was. They weren’t wrong, but I’ve always envied the sick looking bikes on the magazine cover or that my buddies rode. Now I’m a vet rider, going fast is less of a worry and I’m buying my own stuff. I can choose to spend my paycheck on those silly colored plastics and graphics that don’t make you go faster. Plus, I’m fortunate enough to have made some fantastic relationships over the years to make it more affordable. After getting back from dinner last night @jlmxphotos and I snuck out to the snow covered street for a photoshoot. A massive thank you: @stormlakehonda_4 - The only dealer I ever have and ever will ride for. After not riding for 10 years, I still got welcomed in with open arms. @racetechinc - Gold Valves and Springs (and my paycheck) @pdrperformance - Suspension building and tuning plus go to parts guys and trackside support @sgb_racing - Making my forks look hotter than a Playboy cover model @worksconnection - Fashion snd function throughout the bike @workschassislab - Engine hangers @blackdiamondmx - The best in the business in graphics hands down. Helped bring my concept to life. @guts_racing_inc - Seat cover @keeferinctesting - Answering my ridiculous questions and the @rekluse_motorsports clutch setup @slep64 @r_slepica213 @brian_planton257 for turning wrenches And last but not least, @jlmxphotography for not just letting me, but encouraging me to do the things that make me happy.
