Sounds like it is sporadic. Could be debris in your fuel tank float around periodically blocking the fuel supply to the pump. If it is not that then yes, your on the right track.

Good style! You dont look old and slow. The bottoming resistance comes from the air being pressurized. The amount of pressure within the fork towards the bottom stroke is much greater than traditional spring forks. Im jealous! Can't wait to ride/test ... more »

The manual is correct for your weight and those springs would allow you to get the correct sag numbers and spring preload. If the suspension is harsh it is not from your springs, it is the internal valving.

A lot of them are complete kits with a Y hose that eliminates the plastic fitting. Id guess the cost of getting molds made for specific hoses isn't exactly cheap, especially if it is not on the scale of the MFGs. We sell the complete selection of Moto
