It's been said many times, but Marv just seems to float on the bike when he is "on." Textbook form...

Frodo sounds like he was a faithful companion who brought a lot of love to your family. Thanks for sharing his story. RIP Frodo (a/k/a "Little Big Man").

I appreciate what you are doing and believe it will be next-level----you are leash-free now. My post was intended to acknowledge all the other groups that have toughed it out over the years. TPTB in CA don't make it easy on any promoter and you all deserve ... more »

Excellent points to contemplate, but certainly not "new." Adversity for a youngster builds character---or destroys confidence. There is little "middle ground." Case in point: Colt Nichols NEVER received much support, yet he is on track to be a contender for years to come. His story is compelling and he seems very humbled by his success. Compare that to some of the "can't miss" kids who came through the ranks with him and were given everything...several are already out of the sport and others will soon follow.

As for "mind-blowing bikes"----well, there will always be kids from wealthy families whose results will be artificially high as a result of the competitive advantage their "family budget" can provide. Been that way since the inception of the sport and THIS will not change.
