Omalley, None of the Excel spoke/nipple kits will require you to drill out your stock OE hub. For your 2002 CR250, the front Excel spoke/nipple kit will require you to drill the stock front OE rim's nipple hole diameter to an 8.5mm as majority of our ... more »

You shouldn't have any issue putting a 2005 RM250 rear wheel on the 2006 RM125. The hub and wheel spacers are the same. However, the RM250 comes with the 19x2.15 and the RM125 comes with the 19x1.85 rear rim. Cole Anderson Racer Support Supervisor RK ... more »

It actually depends on the Excel Rim part number that you choose. Some part numbers are drilled for certain aftermarket hubs and some are drilled for stock hubs. The part number for stock hubs would be FE_422 18x2.15 36H drilled for stock Yamaha. The ... more »

The wheels are interchangeable but the YZ250F has a 19x1.85 and the YZ450F has a 19x2.15 rim width.

Just for the record, the chain you show (RKM 520H) is NOT suppose to be used on off-road bikes. You should be using the MXZ4, MXU or EXW chain.
