Reply to TLD helmet fitment question 10/16/2021 4:33 PM

I rode today for 1.5 hours. For the first 15 minutes I thought I bought a huge POS. Pulled off the helmet and the liner shifted and the yellow plastic liner was cutting into my forehead. Reset the liner and I could not be happier. The lightness is extremely ... more »

I have used a Fox V3, size XL. Most comfortable helmet for me ever. Previously I used a Shoei, size Large, very comfortable, not quite as comfortable as the Fox, but still nice. I received my TLD Carbon yesterday in size large. Very tight, not comfortable, ... more »

For someone I never met in person, I considered Joe a dear friend. I "met" him many years ago, most likely through one of the many websites/forums that preceded Vital. We bought and sold parts between us, we exchanged countless emails, and he inspired ... more »

It amazes me that you are able to teleport yourself into both of their bodies so you can be so cock sure of your position. What is Kenny & Dylan doing right now?

DC, I believe that the pic you posted does not represent what one actually sees while racing and what I saw on TV live. It is perhaps 100/ sec at best?? I saw the flag in the corner before the jump waving frantically. I was in disbelief that someone ... more »

Mike, what are the two parts you have not located? And it is funny to me that even HRC did not go as far as you did on their race bike builds.

It is just me, 63, ready to retire, and looking for a place that I can ride for most, if not all of year. I would still. be able to drive back north in one day without killing myself, and further south for warmth if needed. Any particular towns you like ... more »

So I was looking to relocate to Florida so I could ride more and get away from the cold and snow. And in my research I came across "halfbacks" (people who move to Florida from the NE and hate it, but move halfway back to NC) and all of sudden I am interested ... more »

The only reason I went for the KYB Factory kit was for the “feel” I was missing with the stock 2019 Husqvarna AER fork. We played with my stock forks until they worked well enough, but I never got the feel I was so looking for. I will have to ride my ... more »

Two of my regular riding buddies (2020 450 & 2019 350 KTM’s) had FC revalve their forks and shocks for a fraction of what I paid for my KYB kit from RG3 and they are over the moon as to the improvement and comfort. They both loved my forks, yet hands ... more »

I see your point. And the OP should spend as much time as he has to try to make the bike comfortable for him. I took the first year with my bike before I dropped $2700.00 more dollars into a bike I already spent $9200.00 on to purchase. Like I stated ... more »

On my 2019 FC 350, I got the stock forks to work ok after playing with the clickers and air pressure over a two month period. Nothing like my Yamaha SSS forks though. Still, good enough that if I had no other choices I could be ok with them. The thing ... more »
