The only reason I went for the KYB Factory kit was for the “feel” I was missing with the stock 2019 Husqvarna AER fork. We played with my stock forks until they worked well enough, but I never got the feel I was so looking for. I will have to ride my ... more »

Two of my regular riding buddies (2020 450 & 2019 350 KTM’s) had FC revalve their forks and shocks for a fraction of what I paid for my KYB kit from RG3 and they are over the moon as to the improvement and comfort. They both loved my forks, yet hands ... more »

Definitely need to get this bike dirty Mike. Fall is a perfect time to break it in. Perhaps the next event at Unadilla???

I see your point. And the OP should spend as much time as he has to try to make the bike comfortable for him. I took the first year with my bike before I dropped $2700.00 more dollars into a bike I already spent $9200.00 on to purchase. Like I stated ... more »

On my 2019 FC 350, I got the stock forks to work ok after playing with the clickers and air pressure over a two month period. Nothing like my Yamaha SSS forks though. Still, good enough that if I had no other choices I could be ok with them. The thing ... more »

Really good intuition Klinger. Eureka you have discovered something there! Not just for Suzuki's either.

Those ignitions (motoplat) tend to die or run erratically as they age. When bringing an old bike back from the dead or super long term storage, it is usually best to start with as many new parts as possible. I will at the the very least replace bearings ... more »

JMart has stated he did not want to race a 450 this year. He feels he is still not 100% and wanted to race in the 250 class for a chance to get back the speed and strength he lost from his injury.

So, i was able to secure a Honda support ride in 1989 (Honda was handing these out like a perv in a blacked out van hands out candy) and I spent more time and money trying to get those stupid forks to work. If I did not sell off my 1986 CR 250, I would ... more »

It has been suggested many times. But I love the Yamaha (I love my Husqvarna FC 350 too) . I have about $3000 in the Yamaha and it is the best bang for the money. I do like the idea of a 150, but I certainly would want to ride one first.

I need to apologize to all, including and especially Tom Morgan. Clearly the CRS is at the highest levels. Tom Morgan never worked on my suspension, it was Mike McAndrews. For some reason, I completely lost my mind. Sorry to all.
