T2 is definitely red and is very noticeable in the gas. KTM ships there 4 strokes with gas in the tank I don't recall them shipping the two strokes that way , and All Ktm's are ran at the factory before being shipped.
As mentioned above check alignment of camshaft gear to the cam lobe, the round hole should line up with the top of the lobe.

I'm with the above post, sounds like you have the wrong linkage , the older Kx used a shorter shock that's probably what your linkages for. A guy I know had same problem think he had a 2003, had the wrong shock on it raise the bike up two inches shock ... more »
Did you wash it when you got back from riding if yes you may have gotten water in your TPS also change inline filter and clean injector I've had 350's run fine one minute shut it off it won't restart because the injector is dirty
I use SRT sprockets and rotors so there's no switching they're very inexpensive and they actually hold up pretty good

Yes , I think it's been on my tool box since my kid was five, still makes me chuckle when I read it.

Along with using locks in each rotor and cable and lock set up like you have I also use one of these put the Beeper by my bed motion detector under the bike has good range and is loud enough to wake anybody up
Timing chain tensioners in KTMs are extremely noisy at idle ,you didn't rev the engine in the video , if it's the tensioner the ticking will slowly go away once you apply some gas and oil pressure builds.

A lot of Hare scrambles don't allow them, they claim the video can be used to shut riding areas down. at least that's what they say at the riders meeting.
Idle must be backed off all the way to adjust your TPS. stock setting on 2013 is .62
Why not go with the original Pro-X piston they're available in D
