On one of bikes we have the bolt on the slave cylinder is clogged, I've tried running wire through it can't seem to clear it out maybe you're having the same problem.

It could be just his TPS is bad or out of adjustment which would cause a lean condition and make the bike overheat. And it would cause the same problem as he's describing.

Aftermarket fuel pumps are only about $100, the injector can be cleaned, if you replacing the in tank fuel lines make sure you use gas line that's able to be submerged in gas ,Napa sells it for about $30.00 a foot.

Acid base strippers will definitely make the aluminum look like new but the only problem is dirt will stick even easier and make more stains, they also make the aluminum have a white milky look which I don't think looks good. The lp cleaner is strong ... more »

follow the instructions spraying on wait 15 minutes then hose off ,works better than regular degreasers like Simple Green.

As Paw paw said octane boosters don't work grab yourself some ll100 from the local Airport or if you're in a pinch you can go to the hardware store and buy some of that weed wacker VP fuel

You can get a cheap light bar from these guys bright led.com I would recommend running helmet lights also, my son used the ones from Rocky Mountain ATV buy tusk, I think for two lights with four batteries it was $170, if you run a single light on each battery ... more »

Take your bike to a paved Road pull out and get into 4th or 5th gear real quick and Hold It Wide Open if the engine revs build real fast your clutch is slipping

KTM doesn't send the frames to the customer they send it to the dealer then the dealer gives it to them, the deal are you you're dealing with is just being a dick ,trying to make money off your misfortune. If I was you I would take the bike apart take ... more »

Your old frame has to be sent back first and they stamp the new frame with your VIN number, by they I mean KTM / Husqvarna. I quoted the wrong post I meant to quote the one above
