On EFI bikes the TPS is "must be adjusted correctly item", but on a carb bike like yours you will find it will run good even if the TPS is disconnected. In an EFI bike the TPS has a big effect on the fuel delivery, but on a carb bike this is controlled ... more »

It should not be running to set the TPS. Setting the TPS is the reading of voltage from closed throttle to WFO. .5 volt at closed to about 5 volt at WOT. You may only get about 4 volts at WOP. Paw Paw

I feel up have more than one issue.... 1. Dirty fuel injector...Clean or replace it. Even with already addressed. 2. Leaking valves. Valves and be set to spec's and still leak due to wear. Have the head rebuilt. 3. Cam chain as already mentioned.

Added reply in a thread Beta battery not charging?? Help needed!! 4/9/2021 6:20 AM

This sounds like a defective battery. It could have a cell that is shorting out when under a load and yet show good voltage without a load. Have a load test run on the battery. Paw Paw

Try to start it using spray starter fluid, not gas. Carb condition? Are you sure you are using the correct valve clearance spec's? Paw Paw

Get an inverter and an extra battery and run the electric washer off of them with a solar charger or off the van's battery charging system. Or go to Amazon and look up "WEN PW2800 gas pressure washer". Paw Paw
