I have had great luck with "Primary Drive" o ring chains. They last a long time, weigh less than others and also cost less. Paw Paw

You would be freeked out to see what comes through the pump fuel lines at gas stations. If you don't prefilter the gas you put into the bikes fuel tank you may see this issue a lot. Look up fuel sock for your fuel tank. Paw Paw
Starter relay is stuck. You have to have the clutch pulled in for the starter to enguage so if the relay is stuck the starter will try to start. Replace the start relay. Now it is also possible for this to happen if there is moisture in the wiring system ... more »
It is not hard to set the TPS, but you will need the correct hook up. You may want to check fuel filter. Paw Paw
Idle may be set too low or the TPS may be set too lean as a lot of new bike are coming to use with it set too lean. Paw Paw
I would suggest that the cam is worn out and you should also see the wear on the head portion of the journals. Most of the time this was caused by and oil delivery problem. Paw Paw

The pipes top mount may need to be spaced out as well as the silencer mount to get clearance. You have to do things like this on some non OEM parts to make them fit. Of course you could call the pipe company with your question. Paw Paw
