In the uk we have a good mix of youth and adult events. Most adult only events local to me will run expert/pro class, then A,B,C classes for the rest. You get 15min timed practice/qualifying which they use to split you into groups A,B,C. Then its 3 races ... more »

My bro didnt believe how bad they were so i gave him a stack and then watched him rip a holeshot whilst leaving a trail of tear offs behind him down the start straight. It was pretty amusing 😂😂

Added reply in a thread Tear-off Retainers? 4/12/2021 12:47 AM

There was a company in the uk making bio degradable tearoffs. Think they were called visor leaf of something. If you ran more than 3 it was like looking through the bottom of a beer bottle and the slightest of breeze would blow them straight off your ... more »

Added reply in a thread Crf xtrig spacer to work on 2 stroke? 1/20/2021 1:13 PM

I havnt stuck them in, but im sure you could fairly easily, you could make them a couple mm wider than the clamps then taper over the egdes so they hook over the top and bottom of the clamp slightly.

Just make some yourself from some 0.5mm aluminium sheet, thats what i did with mine, works a treat, costs peanuts and takes like 10mins to make a set.

surley common sense would have said to position the flagger on the entrance to the turn not on the exit. At least give riders half a chance to see it 🤦🏼‍♂️

Just about every proper track in the uk manages to do it so dont see why its not possible in the US. 🤷‍♂️ If moneys an issue then a track needs to put the price up a bit to compensate.

Added reply in a thread The Godfather Banned from perris & statefair MX Tracks 11/14/2020 2:14 AM

Why is plenty of flaggers such a hard thing? Nearly every track in the uk charges around 30 some even less and just about every track has plenty of flaggers to cover every couple of turns or blind jumps. 🤷‍♂️
