I'm starting to get concerned that I've got COVID. RHR has climbed 12 BPM in the last five days, Heart Rate Variability has gone from 28 milliseconds to 14 milliseconds in the same five days and gone from 13 breaths per minute to 15.

We usually practice one afternoon during the week, normally Wednesday/Thursday and again on Sunday. There's about a foot of snow in the arena today.

I did kicked in the helmet on Sunday. It's starting to get better, but my RHR and HR are still HIGH. My RHR was 56 BPM on January 1st, today it's 74 BPM.

I now know a couple people who got it. It's running rampant across the Navajo Nation, my buddy Darin had it. Well, he also passed it along to another buddy of mine that we Rodeo with. Full healthy recoveries for all involved.
