New thread Stilez Robertson - AMA National 8/18/2020 11:00 AM

I've searched to find out why Stilez didn't line up at the Pro race at Loretta's to no avail. I was impressed with his practice/qualifying results but can't find out why he wasn't on the gate for either moto. What happened?

KTM has Neken bars and clamps. The GasGas has Renthal and I'm not certain about the clamps. Trivial item but it caught my eye. Probably Coldenhoff just prefers the Renthals? Same as seat covet being a Guts which I assume is rider preference. Ignition ... more »

One consideration is that Austin got back on the bike last week and he was fast, very, very fast. His speed compared to other pretty well known and fast pros he was riding with was impressive, to put it mildly. He's hoping to be ready to run some of ... more »

They seem fine until you fall/stall the bike and then sit there kicking while the field goes by.... Great looking bikes!

I'm on my third year with them but I pay much a lot less than the price you quoted. I think I pay under $100/year when they send their "early" renewal offer.

I've used Markel for years. I cross shop pricing every other year and they always offer me the best rate and are VERY reputable in the motorcycle world. The Markel motorcycle insurance business unit used to be bikeline.com and the only insurance they ... more »

I have a 5 gallon bucket I fill with about 4 gallons of gas. I wash filters in the same gas for 6 months or more until it gets nasty. With a 5 gallon bucket it's nice because the dirt settles to the bottom of the bucket after washing giving "fresh, clean" ... more »

I dump mine at the edge of my property to kill weeds. You probably can't do that in CA.

Without any specific machine entered or with a KTM or Japan bike selected can I view the "good" blocks. All I can see are the OEM style. I tried with my iPhone with same results. As with my laptop, all I can see is the OEM style Tusk branded blocks.

I don't know WTF is going on. The link you provided goes to the "good" Tusk blocks. FWIW, I can't get them to pull up directly on the Rocky Mountain site no matter what I try. If I cut and paste the link above in Google it goes to the "good" style blocks. ... more »

Reply to Bolt chain adjuster blocks 8/2/2020 10:28 AM

Well guys, I have a correction. I guess the Tusk brand copy of the Bolt blocks must not have sold enough for Rocky Mountain to continue offering. I guarantee my son and I are both running the Tusk block Bolt copies previously offered on our 2019 KTMs.

First mod I make to EVERY KTM I buy. The Bolt blocks are SO NICE. They have a tight tolerance so the blocks don't "rock" when tightening axle as the OEM blocks do. Additionally, having the scribed marks on the "top" of the blocks is fantastic. You can ... more »
