bought bike for $500 in 2009 after it sat in a barn for years, cleaned it out and put gas in it, and rode it like that until the motor let go in 2013. I ended up tearing it apart and starting over. every piece has either been replaced or refinished. bike uses a 1998 rm transmission and lower end, with the year 2000 cylinder and electronics. This was done to rid the motor of the problematic 1998 powervalves.
