No, I don't think you're going to hurt it with the jetting you have and that's the main thing.

So I was looking back and 18 years ago I set one up with a '99 carb with 52P, 1.75AS, 178M with an R1368LS #2 needle. Must of ran decent because I have no other notes than that.

Ever look at Motocal? Great set up if you want to do your own thing.

I agree. Very nice. An E-Line skid plate would be very nice finishing touch. I think that will still be a very competitive Vet+ Enduro bike.

Yeah, don't take my word for it. Somebody I thought might know told me that. It made since to me because I assume building a mold for a tank would be rather expensive, especially for a small run.

I thought those were just the FX tanks.

It's pretty much across the board. It wasn't a lot, but it was noticeable. Like many things, there are those who will debate that and those who will agree. I saw, so I believe.

Here's a PDS shock from a 2011 with over five hundred hours on it that has the bands as OE and this is the first shock service. The bands look good with some wear and body looks like new inside.

I understand, but I have to wonder if the old MC spec engine would really give up that much to a stock KTM ? After all, it's still a square, mechanical power valved, case reed, carbureted 125cc two stroke engine. What's so much more high tech about it? ... more »

Only way it could be any cooler is if they actually put one of McGrath's old race engines in it.

Where did you get the pipe springs? Those are nice. I've been trying to find some that don't turn to rust after the first muddy race and those look like they might fit the bill.

Those style caps can be an s.o.b. to get off, occasionally. I remember some of the factory mechanics having a little tool to get their similar style caps off. It does look cool with the blue cap and the black tank.

The spacer makes better power on the dyno. I’ve always thought it was more to do with clearing the ports than changing the intake track length. I know lectron does a lot of dyno work but I’m struggling with that statement. My cynical side wants to call ... more »
