Steel pipe prices too. My suppliers are no longer cheaper than Home Depo. Went from 88 cents per foot to $3. May not sound like much but it adds up. And thats just pipe. There are many components to a fire sprinkler system.

As a fire sprinkler contractor I get emails every week from suppliers showing prices going up. And not in small increments, like 15% each time. Re-bidding EVERYTHING.
