So ive always heard if you've been racing for a couple years that you dont get Armpump as often. Is that true. Also if you do forearm workouts you may experience more Armpump. I have a excercise machine that after i use it for a while i feel like i get Armpump so would that eventually decrease Armpump or Increase it ?
