The last lap is usually designated to focusing on the person in first place. i agree they could do more to show the guys who move up most in order and thats why I like vital mx features of "Movers and Shakers" to show true movement. Unfortunately most racers don't change that much in order and we'd rather not talk too much about a guy like Adam fading at the end since he gets overplayed as a highlight crasher himself. Tomac had to make those passes to even get within range of his lap times and staying a mysterious contender.

Actually there was a feature they already did about Kenny's arm recoveries but I think it's worth doing again not just because of the win but these other ideas that he didn't give up on hope beating the odds and the people around him didn't quit the comeback idea either.

If you have a paid subscription to the racing or if you were there you could see Kenny jumping up and down and getting himself all fired up for the race keeping his muscles warm while the other racers just sat at the line getting ready to race. No one in that dome was going to stop Kenny from winning St. Louis because he believed it was gonna happen, it's not old but his usual style if he wants it to happen bad enough and that's why other positive gutsy people like Pink hang around with him.

They just showed the crashes but a lot of fans don't realize what he really came back from...supposedly Kenny had 11+ surgeries in 1 year and that was just on his left arm crash...if they talked at all about the medicine and miracle strength recovery by him and his wife with friends support it would mean a lot more to talk about and see him come back and win. I think it got downplayed in that respect just like how Cole broke his hip and had to be in a wheelchair. I guess most of these racers overcome major odds but for Kenny to find a way to use both arms even with basic function believing the whole time that he was going to come back to elite level is admirable and they should do an un-graphic feature with people like Andrew Short who were at his bedside everyday keeping sprits up and believing along with him.

Now that I saw the highlights I noticed that Austin re-entered the track trying to go ahead of Cooper so he did not give way and rushed to not give yield as a 2nd rider. Easy mistake to move on and put behind for next week but how will it shake up in the overall points at the end of the season.

Austin Forkner's bike was blocking the racing lane sideways once he had it upright and it was already facing the next section to safely exit the track so he made the right choice getting out of the way of oncoming riders and advancing off the track to the left (instead of turning around into oncoming traffic and then going around the turn as the track layout would propose...and he didn't gain a position either). What about Barcia cutting the track and then trying to take out Adam?...that was cutting the track and trying to advance position).
