Lol, well good thing I'm not selling it to you... I am not a Vital MX regular, but I am a regular over a ThumperTalk. I have most everything documented there. In 2017 I bought the bike new, raced it to a couple Vet Championships in Canada and put 300hrs ... more »

No, bike still feels super tight... At the moment I don't have a bike but was asked to guide a couple guys from out of town around my riding areas. I bolted on my suspension (the bike has been my wife's the last 2yrs) and spent 3hrs on the bike yesterday.

700hrs on a 16 KTM 350xcf... Who would want to buy it?

Light flywheel make for a more that ramps up extremely fast and hit hard... Poor suspension combined with terrible frame geometry...The bike was just terrible all around as it was built "trying" to compete against 450s. The EXCs were quite different ... more »

I expanded on my original statement, but no, my lack of riding has little to do with biking in itself. I have discovered other things that I enjoy which take up time. Being married with kids, and owning my landscaping business—I only have about 5-10hrs ... more »

I did something similar in 2017. Though my situation is a bit different, my wife gave me 1yr to pretty much do whatever I wanted when it came to racing. We also have 2 kids under 5. I own a business and reduced my hours. I also have zero debt which if ... more »

So is a KTM 450xcf, Honda 450RX, Husqvarna FX450, Kawasaki 450xc... (which all are essentially a MX models with 18in wheel, bigger tank and softer suspension)... Pick up a cheap RMZ, throw a bigger tank, 18in wheel and get the suspension sprung and valved ... more »

Added reply in a thread Anyone have a TM 300 4t? 7/12/2020 11:40 AM

Though not the TM, I moto'ed down a Sherco 300f. I've owned 350fs and 250fs and the 300f was what I wish a 250f was. Pulled from idle, pulled a taller gear, virtually no clutch work, no wild wheel spin or such. Comparing to my 250sxf, it was just a better ... more »

Added reply in a thread Alpinestars Tech 7, think I stick with Gearne 6/23/2020 9:07 AM

I moved off of Gearne S12s into T7s. Been on Gaerne's for 6+yrs and now on T7s, I'll never go back... The T7s are a lighter smaller boot and offer better feel. I even have two pairs of T5s that I find are just as impressive but $100+ cheaper. I needed ... more »

Yes it good—but also consider Nathan Watson (a offroad hard enduro rider) only finished a little over 2min behind him...that's impressive!
