spill the beans lol he is pretty spooked and said he wont hit anything big until he gets a new top level helmet. we have a couple higher end one industries helmets but he said he wont trust them... I am not in rush to get him back on the bike or pushing ... more »

there is a video that shows them dropping the spike right on the vents and it doesn't penetrate.

the other helmet im considering is the Bell moto 9 flex but leatt is pricing their stuff at $349 for the composite and its only 2oz heavier than the carbon version. which makes it very attractive. not that cost will be the only factor. I would gladly ... more »

not guinea pigs yet? no one willing to strap one on and take a digger on purpose lol damn it so tempting to go with this over the 6d but just not enough real world feed back. I may just pull the trigger on it since he also wears the neck brace. the impact ... more »

I like the 360 disc they put in. seems like they are getting close to the same results as 6d without the added bulk but is the disc in direct contact with the head effective..........

Are sand sections mandatory now? looks like that sand was put there just to meet a criteria. I've liked the deep sand sections in turns seems to add to the racing but where it is this week doesn't look like it would add to anything. on the other hand ... more »

wonder if there is in data out there showing the average speed (MPH) of todays races VS those of the 80's and 90's. are the shorter lap times simply because the pace is so much faster. that's an easy assumption but actual numbers would be interesting. ... more »

eh tighten your boot and keep going. I rolled an ankle pretty bad once but didn't have time to stop and look at it. after a couple days I looked and foot was purple and throbbing. still no time to go to medical. just pulled the boot laces a little tighter ... more »

I am without at the moment but really looking for a chiweenie. found one that looked like the perfect guy and he was a rescue. had everything all set up ready to meet the puppy and the foster home said they didn't want to let him go.

I had a generator just like that. very high maintenance. very very picky and always had annoying sounds coming out of the intake. traded it for a more heavy duty model turns out that might have not been the best move. sometimes I find a hand crank one ... more »

side note as long as the bike is kept clean and in good maintenance you wont smell gas or oil no need to worry about it.
