Wow, this has blown up so much more than I intended, but let me clarify a couple of things based on the comments some of you have sent. Yes, Jason Anderson did win like 5 Loretta's titles, but those titles are nowhere near the riders that had the expectation ... more »

Also, Mike Alessi was not put on a 250F because he was too good for the 250F, heck the guy weighed 130lbs when they moved him up...really? He moved to the 450F because Ryan Villopoto waxed him every time!

Mike Alessi like AC were champion prodigies since their mini days and therefore there is a much higher expectation for them than say Jason Anderson whose amateur career was average at best (but he became SC champion). These guys have won their whole ... more »

Riders are paid to win and at this rate he'll be another Mike Alessi...bet on it.
Not gonna take any low ball shots at you guys but if he keeps racing my comments will come to pass. You have to know when its time to quit.

I agree, he won't be competitive on the 450. He's a smart guy and should go to college or something because he definitely has it in him to be successful, but not as a motocross rider at this level.
Yes he's only 22, but in this sport your pretty much done at 27, so he's 5 yrs away. I agree with one of the other members that moving him to a 450 is not going to make a difference. Cooper Webb and AC had some epic battles on minis, but Webb is in his ... more »

Hey Bill, and yes they are. I've been procrastinating for months on a lot of my bike projects, but it also took me a bit of time to find the right block to work with for this chain guide. As I said, I have pretty good idea on what to do but a photo would ... more »

Rob, do you make these watercooled cylinder head kits?
I had plans to build one of these and just never really got the project off the ground and now I'm selling my 77 on ebay, however my buddy Rich out in OH got it done and here are some pics of the bike. I think this is the 2nd or 3rd one of these replicas
