He was only a contender in 2008 and squandered six years as a professional racer. Won one regional title by three points, won three regional races and had 19 podiums in six years and that's including his regional stats. The AMA list Jason Lawrence's ... more »

Maybe J Law should have tried winning more than trying to rattle Dungey.

LungButter and Luxon MX you two posted what I have been searching for. Thanks for taking the time.

Thanks I was able to locate that info. I just wanted an actual weight measurement of the 36 bars, to compare to my 28mm Fatbar 821 bend. Also it would be nice to know how much more the 36 bar mounts weigh then the 28 bar mounts.

Has anyone weighed the new 36 bars yet? I still can't find their weight listed anywhere.

I thought you were referencing the strength of his skill level, not his actual ability to muscle the bike around. But I don't think muscle is what makes Jett fast.

Of course they are different riders for their ages. At 18 Cooper was still racing at Loretta Lynn’s and was relatively unknown until that year. That's a weird comparison.

Baker watches top guys train all the time. You really think he hasn't learned a lot about technique from Carmichael, Stewart, Villopoto, Dungey, Roczen and many other riders. Just because he wasn't a racer doesn't mean he doesn't understand what it takes ... more »

Excellent point. Here is an old article where the author races a RM-Z450 against Ryan Hughes who rides four different machines, all the way down to a DRZ125. https://www.dirtrider.com/tests/141_0605_beating_dirt_bike_pro/

My current bike is a 2003 CR250 I've rode for the past nine years so....I guess that is my pick.

Plastic totes are tough to beat for the price, plus they are waterproof.

No. Kawasaki still needs to win more world titles, to get even close to Honda's numbers.

They got to start some where. Dungey and Cianciarulo jumped right from B class to the sharks too. Lots of guys have, it's a tough sport.

Ryan Dungey - 8 Championships and 80 Wins in 12 Years. Chad Reed - 3 Championships and 55 Wins in 20 Years. I don't know his GP stats. How about they're both legends.
