100% built by Mark Chilson 1991 KX80 BW with updated chassis, plastic, tank seat ect with KX125 motor. Frames been modified from a single downtube to a Y downtube from chrome moly tubing, Custom brackets, mounts tabs were installed. I built and modified nearly every part to work on this project. Custom exhaust was built by Randy Blevins, Silencer I built as well, Fontana radiators welded together the radiators, but i built the tanks for them. I turned the hubs, laced the rims with Buchanan SS spokes, moddified the triple clamps and forks to fit inc lowering them internally for the corrct height, hand built rear brake using a YZ rear caliper sans the remote resivior, brembo front master cyl, Brake lines by G&J aircraft, Cr85 Throttle and clutch cables, moddified and shortened Boyesen intake. moddified airbox, I built the Motor and ported and polished and built with new crank and bearings and gaskets. Frame was sandblasted and powder coated by Duralast Powder coating in Ontario, Ca Running a 520 chain and sprocket setup, Way to much to list on this project , if you have any questions please feel free to ask away!
