Most of the newer four strokes are indeed 22mm offset (except for 2016 models which were 25mm, but that only lasted for that year and they went back to 22mm). The issue is that the steering stem is different on the four strokes by 5mm (shorter), and ... more »

Your stock clamps are indeed 25mm offset. A 22mm offset will help a lot with your cornering issues; I made the change on my personal bike and it was a huge improvement with minimal effect on high speed stability. Pretty sure most manufacturers offer ... more »

Mine (2016 150SX) measured 1.3mm squish stock. Didn't measure the base gasket as I haven't taken it that far apart yet, but it's stock as well.

Added reply in a thread 2014 YZ450F DC power 1/22/2018 1:13 PM

Remember that it's not just voltage you need to worry about, but current as well. I'm betting the tuner power is very low current, so hooking it up to a high current application like lights or fans could cause some issues!

I had issues on Firefox since they did the last major update of the browser a few months ago. Give this a try: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings and if that doesn't work then try uninstalling and reinstalling the browser. That's what fixed it for me as well as a few other issues. ... more »

Assuming you mean triple clamp offset, it's 22mm from 2010-2015, 25mm in 2016-2017, then 22mm again in 2018

Thanks and good meeting you as well! Pricing isn't finalized, but should be a little less than our KTM/Husky clamps as there are fewer parts and one less set-up on the top clamp. Offset is 22mm on these and that's the plan for production at the moment. ... more »

Sent you a PM about this, but if there's enough interest I can run another batch. It will probably be a month out or so as we're pretty busy at the moment.

Yep, we didn't have these in production when this opportunity came up, so it's been a lot of work! We had the optimization runs completed for the Yamaha and a very rough initial design, but still had to go through analysis iterations, design revisions,
