The -77 i have at home has the sachs 7 speed as original, and my dad actually won a title racing 50cc Ancilottis back in the day! The bike in the picture is a -79 i think when they stopped using Sachs as you said and moved on to using their own engines ... more »

Mine has a sachs engine yes but the one on the picture seems to have Simonini’s own engine. Cant find any parts on eBay or anything so im guessing ill have to make a filterbox and cage from scratch

The XR was to much for the big guy, and the crf450 overheated so they gave up on the final stretch instead of riding in the dark

Broke mine in 2017, didnt need surgery but was in a cast for 8 weeks, and 2 without (didnt know it was broken at first)

One thing i noticed, look at the heat race he won, he litterally crossed every rut in every corner, in almost all of the laps

the other guys picked a rut and ran with it, Justin went up the berm and turned down over all if them

Im betting the Diesel has his hands full with the geico team, as every guy on the team crashes their brains out even before the series starts. if the come in to the season healthy its just a matter of time

And from what ive felt, Honda is the lightest feeling bike out on the track, wonder how this will feel. Where’s the line though? Feeling so light that it will be squierrely down the straights a la 2009 crf450?
