I think MX will die, and I think MTB will die. With how electric bikes are developing, I think it will be a fusion of the two, and thats perfectly fine. New stuff isn't always bad.

Cylinder head has just come back from the shop, where everything has been cleaned up. The spark is nice, blue and fat!

I don't have another coil, but it is producing a spark, I will go through the electricals again. All the multiconnecters are different, so I dont see how I would have connected them wrong.

Fuel directly in the intake makes no difference.

I will try bump-starting tomorrow! Paw Paw, I tried disconnecting the injector and kicking it over, it gave a nice mist. I poured in 7 ltr. of fresh fuel and drained the old in the highpressure pipe to the injector. It will occasionally give an exhaust ... more »

The ankle and knee have limited movement patterns compared to the hip, which has a broader range of motion, naturally. The also has larger tendons/ligaments and surrounding muscle.

I have taken the cylinderhead to a machinistshop with a great reputation. He called me Friday afternoon to let me know, that the head was OK and none of the valves were leaking. He did however find more aluminium schrapnel and told me that he could see ... more »

So I took the engine apart now and found a few extra chunks. The dealer I bought the bike from claims that the engine has never been opened, but I think that is a lie. I can't see a manufacture using silicone like that (TM), plus I have yet to find any ... more »

No copper in the filter, everything is clean, well, besides thealuminium shavings in the engine. I've ordered a new flywheelpuller, as I couldn't find my old one. This bike runs an M26x1.5, which is quite an uncommon size here.

That sounds very accurate. Yes the crank still spins freely, I thought I had the correct flywheel puller, so I'm stuck for tonight.

The rod feels good. Does it look like this damage to the head is old? The gouge in the cylinder has carbon build up too. The bike has 25 hrs, I bought it with 20 hrs on it.

I'll do a picture of the plug. Just found shavings in the bottom end.
